The Hi-Lifes - I'm Gonna Fight (1965)

There’s little information to be found about this short-lived group. What is known is that they were one of many second-rate groups to appear on the same album together, Soundsville (1965), hoping to make a name for themselves.

Lou Reed, later of The Velvet Underground and solo fame, appears as a co-writer for this song (and every other song on the album) as well as playing lead guitar.
